 Welcome to the practice of the lawyer Svenja Schmidt Bandelow. We have been acting for our clients and served as contact persons for them since 1996. Through my qualification as specialist lawyer for family law and also my extensive experience in the field of international family law and international private law as well as European law, you receive competent support in all legal questions, in particular in my main areas of expertise, family law, international family law and aliens law. I am able to represent you before all local, regional and higher regional courts in Germany, as well as before the appeal court Berlin.
The co-operation with the colleagues with whom I share office facilities enables me to provide support in problems arising from overlapping areas of law. In criminal law cases I co-operate with the lawyer Tilman Kurz (specialist lawyer for criminal law) and in employment law matters with the lawyer Kai Menzel (specialist lawyer for employment law) as well as my colleague Ulrike Klein (likewise at Hardenbergstr. 19).
